Our management service keeps rental relationships in good condition

Enjoy smooth and effortless real estate investing with our management service. Our services include:

  • A designated contact person who manages communication with the tenant and landlord.
  • Rent monitoring and, if necessary, collection measures/preparation of a payment plan.
  • The retention and return/realization of collateral.
  • The signing of electricity contracts.
  • Document orders
  • Checking the tenant’s credit information.
  • Key authorizations and key orders for residents in connection with lock changes in the housing company.
  • Rent increase in accordance with the terms of the rental agreement.
  • Communication between the tenant, the housing company and the landlord.
  • Processing and forwarding of shareholder mail to the landlord.
  • Assignments for the rental agent when the tenant changes.
  • Rental yield statistics to support filling in a tax return.

Our fees

The administration service price is 40 €/month/apartment (VAT 0). Our fees are tax deductible from rental income.

The price of rent monitoring is 15 €/month/apartment (VAT 0).
