Mervi Nuutinen – English

A sunny attitude, diamond-level sales expertise, and first-class customer service have been the cornerstones of Mervi’s work since the beginning of her career.

Before her career as a broker, Mervi worked for a long time with domestic design and fashion. Working with clients has always been natural for her, and in 2003 she moved into real estate brokerage.

Over the years, Mervi has witnessed the changes in the brokerage industry from a front-row seat, and experience has brought with it solid professional skills. This is reflected in customer feedback and the trust of a wide customer base.

As a broker, Mervi is approachable, social and conscientious. A sunny attitude is always along for the journey and work is done with the client’s wishes in mind. Answers to questions are clarified quickly and assignments are handled carefully from start to finish.

Mervi sells properties diversely in her home region of Uusimaa, but she has also completed transactions throughout Finland, including in Levi, Koli, and Savonlinna. In addition to apartment shares, she manages larger properties as well, and Mervi has sold summer cottages, horse farms, and even islands.

As a counterbalance to brokerage work, there’s sports, traveling, and quality time with her husband and already adult children. Diverse physical activities from golf to samba bring movement to everyday life, and nature brings balance amidst the busy schedule. Also, as an animal-loving person, horse riding and dogs have accompanied Mervi in every step of life.
