Maria, who started her career as a real estate agent in 2018, has achieved excellent results from the very beginning.
At her previous agency, Maria advanced to the role of Sales Manager. Her success, combined with strong client demand, fueled her hunger for new challenges, and soon entrepreneurship felt like the right path. Now, as the owner of Roof’s Kotka office, she ensures her clients always receive the very best in both selling and buying processes.
For Maria, real estate is a true calling. Overcoming challenges and celebrating successes motivate her to continuously aim higher. The cornerstones of her work are accurate pricing, an energetic approach, and determination. The results speak for themselves – whether it’s selling a small apartment or closing a multi-million-euro property deal.
She understands that speed is key, and therefore every sale is driven purposefully towards completion. At the same time, each process is carried out with full respect for the client’s wishes. Maria’s broad client base includes both domestic and international buyers.
In her free time, Maria devotes herself to her family, where life stays lively thanks to her 6-year-old child and a dog with the soul of an eternal puppy. As a counterbalance to the fast pace of sales work, she enjoys spending time in nature, at the summer cottage, hiking, and traveling.
