Originally trained as a chef, Mika later transitioned into sales and marketing, which naturally led him to join Roof’s appointment booking team. With strong experience in new customer acquisition projects, sales, and market research, he now manages our agents’ client meetings and property valuations — often making him the very first Roof team member you’ll meet as a client!
In his free time, Mika enjoys family life with his young children keeping him busy. He’s also passionate about motorcycling, working out, traveling, and cooking, all of which play a big role in his everyday life.
