The valuation report comprehensively documents all factors affecting the value of your home as well as our view of its current value. Our service includes:

  • Property visit
  • Ordering and analyzing the required documents
  • Our view of your homes market price using the sales comparison-, income approach, cost approach, and/or the sum-value method
  • The valuation report, including the documents used in the assessment
