Roof real estate was founded on determination and the need to create modern real estate services in Finland. Born out of our founders passion in 2017, Roof quickly reached its status as one of the fastest growing and most interesting companies in the Finnish real estate scene.


Today we are team of 120 Roofers, providing quality real estate services all across Finland. Our company is built on the unique skills of our people and co-operation. We know, that success is a team sport and great results come from collaboration.

Our sales concept

Day 1: Launching the listing
The sales listing is published at a specific time, on a select day, that according to research generates the most interest and provides a higher number of buyer inquiries.
Our method gives your home the best visibility, focusing on reaching buyers at times with the least amount of competition in comparison to other apartments.
Most of our listings
find their buyer within 7 days. Many even going for over the asking price. In case the sale doesn’t realize in the first 7 days from launch, we continue the sales process with an extra boost in marketing.

Days 1-3: Preparing the buyers
Interest is at its peak during the first three days. During this time we work actively, replying to all inquiries, setting up private showings, and providing the buyers with all information necessary to make a quick and informed purchase decision.

Day 4: Private showings
The vibes are always better in person. That’s why we focus on presenting the listings in person via private showings to the potential buyers.
Buyers have the opportunity to take their time getting to know the listing and discuss it with our brokers in detail, giving them all they need for a quick and informed purchase decision.

Days 4-5: Post-showing contacts
After the showings we contact all potential buyers. We make sure they have all the necessary support and information to make a purchase decision.

Days 4-6: Negotiations
Making an offer on your next dream home is made easy with Roof. You can either leave an offer directly with your agent, via our automatic digital purchase offer, or our website.
We provide our customers with all the necessary support to make their purchase a reality; from step by step buyers support to making introductions within our bank network for possible financing needs.

Days 4-6: Tendering
Tendering is always done with the sellers permission, honestly and transparently to the buyers, with respect to all parties involved, and according to The Code of Conduct in Real Estate in Finland.
In the tendering process we work to get all the interested parties to make their offers at the same time, to create multiple negotiations for the listing. This creates a discourse between all bidding parties, allowing for a potentially higher final sale price.

Days 6-7: The final sale
We work to confirm the final sale within the first week, when interest is at its highest. An efficient sales process is an advantage to both the sellers and buyers.
