1: Sales Kickoff

The sales advertisement is published on a specific and precise day of the week in order to, according to studies, receive the most inquiries from potential buyers, get the best visibility, and have the least competition compared to other properties.

The first three days are the time of highest interest. We actively respond to inquiries and arrange private viewings as well as prepare for the customer’s quick purchase decision.

3.Private viewing’s

The level of interest is highest on site. The apartment for sale is always presented primarily through private viewings. Potential buyers have the opportunity to explore the property at their own pace, discussing with our agent – the purchase decision is accelerated.

4. Customer Care and Follow-Up
