Hilkka, working in the real estate industry since 2003, is an accomplished housing market professional who leads the Oulu office with a determined and empathetic approach.
During her career of over 20 years, Hilkka has accumulated a considerable amount of knowledge, but healthy curiosity and a desire to learn new things drives her forward every day. Her career first took her to two national chains, in both of which Hilkka was building impressive growth. She has long observed the brokerage industry from vantage points, most recently in positions of trust on the SKVL’s regional council and board.
In 2010, Hilkka and Esa established Asuntokolmio Oy, and after 5 years of franchise chain entrepreneurship, they continued operations as a truly local company, achieving market leadership in Oulu a few years ago. In 2024, the journey continued under the Roof umbrella, where Hilkka together with the Oulu team will provide customers with even higher quality and more customer-oriented service – with even better tools.
A spirit of getting things done is always part of a broker’s work, but even in the midst of busyness, Hilkka is present for her clients. Also in her role as a leader, Hilkka is used to making quick decisions and taking responsibility, and her strengths include excellent problem-solving skills, organizational ability, stress tolerance, and strong social intelligence. As the “mother” of the office, she leads the Oulu work community, trains and encourages.
In her free time, Hilkka enjoys an active lifestyle, which includes padel, skiing, folk dancing, and cycling. With age, the desire for comfort grows, and her motorcycle was replaced with a motor home, with which Hilkka travels during summers and often her three beloved grandchildren get to join the journey.
