Esa is a long-time real estate agent and public trade authenticator who has been in the industry for over 15 years, most of which as the second entrepreneur of Asuntokolmio Oy.
Esa traveled Northern Finland as a sales representative for a quarter of a century, until the work as a broker took him along. In 2010, Esa founded Asuntokolmio Oy with Hilkka, and now the journey continues under the roof of Roof. Esa is known for his punctuality and for always doing what he promises – qualities that customers know to appreciate especially when it comes to the most important deals of life.
His cheerful and straightforward way of working has helped him build long-term customer relationships, and his reliability is indeed one of his strongest assets. In addition to real estate brokerage, he also handles trade confirmations, assessment statements, and the preparation of deeds of sale and gift deeds, offering his customers a comprehensive service.
In his free time, Esa recharges his batteries at the gym and on the back of a motorcycle on summer roads.
